Excellent team, excellent service! Ilija was absolutely great! We migrated our site to a new server which knocked a few visual bits and pieces out, however the team over at Fixrunner worked their magic and within 24 hours of the original request being made the site looked good as new. Highly recommend to anyone using WordPress.

Best Wordpress support I have been relying on this company for years for my WP site... They are affordable - Super FAST in fixing any of the problems I had with my desktop version or mobile wp site. The service request is easy to fill out and like I said QUICK to respond and RESOLVE!!! Love these guys.. If you have a wordpress site and are struggling check them out!! The only downside is they don't do SEO; but refer you to affordable plugins.

you could be excused for casting an eye… you could be excused for casting an eye over the reviews and thinking they're too good to be true - so I'll put my review (thus far) of fixrunner into perspective - I run a high value content wp site from the UK (maths assistance/guidance for nurses) it has loads of memory sappng plugins- I currently use another 'well -known' global brand to host and fix issues .... or rather should I say 'upsell' at every opportunity. So fed up with their service i turned to fixrunner for help and to give them a trial run ... so far so good ---not giving them 5 stars yet ... but yes i would recommend

An experience that went beyond my expectations. After investing too much of my own time trying to resolve a malware issue on my website, I tried Fixrunner and I am so glad I did. They fixed the issue (thousands of infected files) in a short time and went well beyond the minimum by adding some protection and giving me a specific call to action on how to protect myself even more without trying to upsell me. And best of all, I was the one who asked about payment after it was resolved.
