10/10 Would Recommend At this point we have nearly 60 of these units in our production facility. They are true to advertising, have reliable Ingress Protection (IP) ratings, have a good price point, and the sales people are very EASY to deal with.

Rugged Tablets Purchases I received the first of 6 tablets back in May 2021. It was the larger TRT-Q5380-10, where the remaining are TRT-Q5393-07. The 7" tablets have not arrived due to a 4-6 week lead time. I have no issues with the communication with the folks over there, everything went smooth with the first order. I was surprised that the tablet, docking station, and power supply came in with no paperwork at all. No quick start guide, no instruction pamphlet, not even link to down load a manual or specs information. It was a little more difficult to familiarize myself with the locations of different ports and various start up applications. The tablet works fine and I haven't had any issues.

We found Max M. to be extremely helpful in our selection process as we had some pretty rigid requirements as the hardware was to be deployed in a sterile processing environment. We were provided with a premarket loaner model for testing purposes prior to help in the decision making. This was an invaluable service. Teguar portable solution We are selling a Teguar handheld with one of our portable industrial solutions. It is a tough, well-built platform at a reasonable cost. The tech support at Teguar has been fantastic in providing some O/S modifications.
