GBPoor customer service This company's customer service is very much lacking. While the product may be quality, I cannot say I would prder it again juat based on the customer service. Save yourself an consider ordering it from Amazon or WalMart online to insure you're able to return it should it not work out.

GBAmazing customer service I came to this site after a Google search for mounting an ultrawide monitor. I was immediately messaged by someone asking if I needed help. I explained what I wanted to do with my setup, and they sent me multiple different options for it. Fast forward a few weeks later, I decided to change one of my mounts from a freestanding to a desk clamp, but I did not have the screws needed to mount it with the clamp. I reached back out to them to see if I could purchase said screws, but they shipped them to me free of charge! After my experience with this company, I will no longer shop for mounts anywhere else, and I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone needing monitor mounting solutions.

GBGreat customer service Found a stand that I thought was good and they suggested an even better one. Ordered a freestanding version then later decided to get the clamp version. I did have to pay to ship it back, deducted from refund, but the return process was quick and easy. Got the clamp version and all is good. All communication was by email with quick responses.
