Aiden & Orbital Are Rockstars From my initial research and Q&A nearly a year prior to pulling the trigger on what ended up being a slightly different system, Aiden, a technician and pro-audio-production aficionado (see his DAW articles on Orbital's blog) has done such a remarkable job during his work with me. From answering my initial questions, to helping me close the deal on a beast of a system earlier this week, my experience has been top class. Superb Equipment Performance and Excellent Customer Service Well After the Sale... Although many in the business probably do a fine job, Orbital in my opinion is a standout and if you are needing an exceptional high-grade product they are without question an excellent resource. High-end computers are of course going to be a joy to use, but when problems arise after the sale it's quite comforting not only to have highly competent technical support, but also fast answers as well. Two issues arose with my build which in both cases were dealt with immediately, literally in minutes via email inquiry... Neither incident by the way was due to in-house company error or equipment. Regardless of what's going on, it is obvious quality customer service is a top priority. Highly, highly recommended...

Danny assisted us in making sure we got a workstation that was properly equipped to run the programs/software that we run on a daily basis. I went through 2 dell laptops that were above average, but didn't have the processor, graphics, etc to handle our work load. I am extremely pleased with the new laptop/workstation from Orbital.

Great trading computer After much research, I decided to upgrade my trading computer and had Orbital build one for me. They could not have been more helpful in answering questions and suggesting what I should have....and it was not an upsell, in fact, they advised I did not need some of the extra bells and whistles that were available. I took it into my office to have my tech guy program it and he was very impressed with the entire package, speed and hardware. I will definitely buy another from them when I need it.
