They are all very knowledgeable They are all very knowledgeable and have taken care of technical problems with my computer from states away, being able to get into my computer and work on it and not even have it there with them. I would recommend their services to anyone who may be having technical problems or just wanting to learn about computers or which one to buy.

My Computer was Hacked!!! My computer was hacked and my bank referred to RST to have my computer stripped. I was never so pleased as when I spoke to Rebecca. I was able to take my computer to RST immeduately and, have work done and picked ot up the same day. Plus they added extra security to prevent this from happening. Since then I have had a couple of questions which Rebecca has been able to address immediately. Thank you all at RST for being there and making my life so much easier. Kat
