I bought a system from them in June 2017, which is still working like a champ, so I am a returning customer from experience.

If the order arrives on time, or even early, this will be changed to a 5 star review, (edit: it arrive a day early) and I’ll be telling all of my gamer friends about it. Great deal on customizable desktops Loved the ability to customize my desktop computer and put more of my money into the specs that matter the most for my work. Prices look very reasonable compared to premade desktops and buying the components separately on your own.

Paid for computer - but no delivery Ordered a computer on July 5. Order #223786. 2 weeks later no update on delivery / tracking number. Computer should have arrived by now. Emails go unanswered, phone indicates voicemail is full. Just like several others I see on here over the last couple of weeks. Communication was quick before actually placing my order but once I paid, nothing....Had to file a claim with my credit card company. Only way to cancel an order is to send an email which of course goes unanswered. Am hoping it is some oversight but with several days of no response and no way to call it doesn't look promising. If it gets straightened out I will update my comment.
