Good experience! Overall pretty happy. I was offered less than what I was quoted after they looked at my laptop, but they explained in detail the reason for the lower offer. They were friendly and efficient in processing the sale. I would also like to mention that I had contacted several different companies about selling my laptop, and no one accepts Chromebooks, apparently. Cash For Used Laptop was the only company willing to purchase my Chromebook, so thank you!

Great way to get paid for used machines in various states of disrepair We used CashforUsedLaptop.com for the first time this week and I highly recommend. They make the process of estimating your laptop payment easy as well as the (free) shipment. They were very patient in helping coordinate a time to unlock the machines that were not unlocked and worked with people overseas in a different time zone to collaborate on unlocking the machines. The payment was super quick and the amount was as expected with a clear explanation of why it fell slightly short of what we had hoped. We plan to continue to use this company moving forward.

Very much a scam Very much a scam. I've seen multiple reviews here saying they pay for the good reviews and have been harassed with emails, texts, and calls asking when I'm going to send my laptop. I was planning on it , but luckily had decided to do it over the weekend when the post office wasn't open and all the spam texts and calls really got me to see all the red flags.
