Very happy I am very happy with the service and product. I needed to upgrade my computer on a budget. I selected a computer with specifications that would make it more suitable for video editing. I ordered an HP workstation with 64GB RAM, 3.8/3.9GHz processor, with 250GB SSD and 8GB graphics card. The support is also very good. I had an issue unrelated to the workstation but concerning a PC monitor bought elsewhere, and I received a prompt e-mail response even though it was the weekend.

Great Company Highly reccomended. I got a great beginners gaming PC from fox in the box. Worked well, looked great and came with everything I needed at a really good price. After 10 Months however it developed a 'boot loop' and wouldn't load windows. Contacted Fox in the box and after returning the PC they diagnosed it and repaired it and sent it back all under my 1 year warranty.

The graphics card arrived in good time… The graphics card arrived in good time considering the Postal strikes. I emailed Foxinthebox asking about a suitable and had a reply in a few minutes, wonderful service in this day and age when it takes most companies at least a day to reply. The best service I have had for years.

PARCELFORCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fox-in-the-box should use different delivery service - Parcelforce are a JOKE. Phantom delivery attempts cause me untold grief - go to depot and 'hello' parcel not there ! Not only have I 'missed' an attempted delivery , but I have wasted MY time and MY fuel to collect (as per Parcelforce website) to still not receive delivery until the following day.
