GBThe problem is the shipping The problem is the shipping. I was unaware that a signature was required so it wasn't delivered while I was out for dinner. The delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow and now I have to stay at home all day tomorrow waiting for Fed Ex which can be any time of the day. Day later and I have received it. It would be great if I could have specified no signature required when ordering. However, the monitor mount I received is incredible: well packaged and complete. The product is so nice that I am raising my review from 3 stars to 5 stars.

GBShipping was very slow to actually get… Shipping was very slow to actually get shipped. Then I see that it is shipping from Great Britain? The main reason I ordered from you guys was because I saw that you were based in Georgia and I thought me being in North Carolina that the shipping would be relatively fast. Might as well had just ordered from the UK website. As of now I have it as 3 stars

GBDAMANGED AND WET BOX. the box was very wet and damaged. the tnuts lot of them had rust on them. the stand itself was in good shape. no instruction . not good. it is very hard to get monitors to line up. DAVID W.
