Liine exceeds my expectations! My office needed a system to convert calls to sales.Although our advertising group produced many new patient calls, it was wasted effort because my staff failed to close the majority of these new calls. Liine carefully and patiently taught my employees how to respond effectively to new callers without long meandering conversations going nowhere. In addition, after the staff got the hang of it, they continue to learn and maintain their effort because Liine provides weekly data on group results and each employee in particular. Although I hoped we would increase our business with Liine's help, I didn't expect it to be this successful.
