Perfect help every time. I've been using Arkservers.io for on/off about 8 months. My friends and I have always used them for our server hosting. Recently tried new mods and was unable to get the server working. They quickly and I mean quickly managed to identify the problem, rectify it and gave immediate feedback of what the issue is and how they corrected it. and I want to make a specific shoutout to Chris for all his help.

Easy setup and accessibility Very easy to use server provider. They give easy to read option pages for custom setup on games like Ark, and most mods are downloadable onto the server through their website, without needing to go through a remote program. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is sometimes it takes a while to update and sync files after a steam update, and customer service typically takes a while to respond to tickets. Other than that they've been super great to work with.

Support Unresponsive I tried to downgrade my 7d2d server after an auto update. Granted there FAQ and forums note that they don't support that, but that you can do it if you modify the server files. Unfortunately I ran into issues and my server got stuck in a "contact support" state and I wasn't hearing back from support. I've had good experiences in the past and have hosted 7d2d and many ark servers but it might be time to look elsewhere.

Great service, easy to use! I have been using arkservers.io for about 5 years now. They have always been great at responding and fixing issues when needed. It's also my favorite layout for setting up servers breaking out expert, advanced, and mod tabs is so convenient!
