Every time I submit a ticket for… Every time I submit a ticket for assistance, the support is always prompt to assist saving me lots of time that could be wasted driving down to the Data Center. The Sales Director, Tom Collins, is an exceptional help and never fails to assist where possible and checking on us! Customer service is a definite 10/10.
