GBCaudabe Purchasing Experience I ordered my case based on reviews, price point, and design. My case was supposed to arrive one week after being ordered, but was accidentally put in another mailbox. I contacted the support team and they replied within the 24 hr promise mark. After days of waiting, I was planning on filing a claim. My support specialist was totally accommodating and was working to help resolve my issues. The neighbor that accidentally received my package left it on my doorstep and I was happy to finally receive it. Everything checked out great (slim, sleek, and protective) without breaking the bank. Shot out to Meghan for the support. Highly recommend Caudabe.

GBVery Disappointing. Very disappointing. Their phone cases look to be good quality, however you will be waiting well over a month to receive it if ordering from outside of USA. In comparison, I ordered a PS5 (a far bigger package than phone case) from the US at the same time, which took only 2 weeks to reach me here in AU. This business seriously needs to reconsider their freight provider...

GBFast and helpful customer service Ordered a case on a Friday evening and realized a few hours later that I chose the wrong item. Emailed support and Megan responded that night and made note to swap in the correct case, no questions asked. Showed up quickly and they did indeed send the correct case! Love the case, had the same one for years on another phone.
