Buyer beware..... Buyer beware...... not good experience. First the 5-10 day to USA turned into 17 days for my order. Took almost 2 weeks before I even got a tracking number. This may not be all the Customers fault since USPS has sucky service now. But I wonder if the Customer took 2 weeks before it was even dropped on the mail. When I received my Drone, the packaging was pathetic. They put the batteries on top of the square box and added cardboard and tape to hold it together. Guess what was damaged during 17 days of getting tossed around. One battery was broken. I don’t know why they didn’t put the batteries inside the carry case of the drone. It has plenty of room and would of been protected with all the foam insulation. Just plain stupid. Worse part!! ... when I contacted the Customer, he accused me of being dishonest and trying to return a used old battery, even sent pictures of the damage. Does this prove anything? No but you don’t make those accusations with your customers. I couldn’t believe it. After I threatened him with the better business bureau and bad reviews all over the Net. He changed his tune and offered to send a battery. But I would have to wait until he creates a return label. Then I’ll probably have to wait another 3 weeks for the battery. I told him I can get one on Amazon for $37 and have it in 2 days. This drone is useless with one battery. 20 minutes of flight time and 5 hours to charge battery. I ended up repairing and gluing the battery housing together so it is functional. I also ordered a third battery. At this time I still have not heard from this ass that accused me of being dishonest. If you are worried about customer service and support, please don’t buy from this place. If you are worried about excessive shipping time, don’t buy from this customer. I will not buy from this establishment ever and I would highly recommend you don’t either. Be careful. I will copy and paste this review to these sites. Shame on them.
