We had a delayed start up due to the… We had a delayed start up due to the nature of our business and having to respond to our customers. When we reached back out for proper implantation Truly felt like We were left to figure it out for ourselves. Customer service made me feel like we were bothering them. Feel like the product could be very useful with support .
