GBPlease refund $43,500! Please refund $43,500! On Nov. 21st, 2023, We purchased 100 Juniper switches with a down payment of $43,500. Sybex has failed to provide valid serial numbers for the correct model on time, resulting in the project getting totally delayed and have to cancel the PO. We requested the cancellation of the purchase order and full refund on Dec 13. Sybex has agreed to the refund on the same day. However, since Dec 13th, Sybex did not reply to any emails or answer phone calls. Then on Jan 4th, 2024 we reported to BBB and hope they can step in and help. Hamza Sabir, CEO at Sybex finally replied to my email and promised to wire the refund on Jan 8th. But he disappeared AGAIN! No single reply since Jan 8th. As of now, they are still holding my down payment of $43,500.
