Amazing. Problem fixed, computer running much better. Very Reasonable. This is the best deal I have every had in computer repair. The computer was fixed, I could watch or not. I signed up for their on going care, what a deal! They do the updates so they are timely and done right. They can work on a problem whether I am there or not, in many cases they can anticipate a problem before I know about it. All for $125 a year.

I think Hey PC Guy is absolutely fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My son and daughter had both tried to get my computer working a few months ago. Before that, I had been on the phone for 2 hours with AT&T in India.....The young lady trying to help me suddenly said "oh my goodness, I see the mistake I made.....I have your phone number and will call you back when I have it fixed"....Well, have you heard from her? I haven't....We were all so frustrated, and suddenly a bright light came on in the room when my son thought of Hey PC Guy. His father-in-law has used them for 4 years....We called Richard (thank goodness) and he got me up and running......I've told all my friends about him and would not hesitate to scream from a roof top how wonderful Hey PC Guy is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HeyPC Guy is the best tech site to save your computer! I have used HeyPC Guy once before and knew they were legit and very knowledgeable! I got the LiveSecurityPlatinum virus when I clicked from Google to a "malvertise" that took me to a Facebook page. I wrote a comment as the product appeared to be a DPL knockoff. Then when the comment appeared on MY Facebook page, I read it and, unknowingly, clicked on their malvertise link-- that is when I got the virus!! But, HEY PC Guy is absolutely the best! I recommend him to ALL! He worked for over an hour and only charged me $49.95. Very honest and nice!!

Six years later...still satisfied with HeyPCGuy I have been using HeyPCGuy.com for almost 6 years and have to say they are one of the best PC remote companies that I have worked with. Over the years I have had some of the most craziest mind-boggling issues occur, but I always knew if I could not resolve the issue myself that I could rely on HPCG to step in and bang out the issue . They are very cost affordable and extremely reliable, and on the clock 24/7 which is nice. Some of the biggest issues that really caused me major is malware, which they are genius in removing, including viruses but I think I only had one or two in the past 6 years. If you ever get malware or viruses, HPCG is the company to call. Something else that I am very pleased with is that the HPCG tech I usually work with walked me through taking out the mechanical hard drive of my Dell notebook and replacing it with a Crucial-brand solid state drive(SSD). I never opened a notebook on my own, let alone ever seen the inside, but the HPCG helped me make the hard drive change which was great and rather quite simple…so now I know how to do something I didn’t thanks to these guys. So bottom line is if you ever have computer issues or problems with malware or viruses, I would highly recommend trying HPCG.
