Big claims, little delivered. Would not buy again. Was excited when I saw this and watched the demo, said the new computer would be exactly like the old one copy passwords, programs and so on, and would look the same. Well fail, did copy files and put on desktop, did not transfer passwords, programs (well you needed to enter the product code for the programs again). Also after paying you were encouraged to pay more for added services. Would not use again, not to mention how long it took to perform the transfer. The little video is totally misleading on the ease ir use and what actually gets transfered. Lastly when tried to do a chat for help, there was no response after about 10 minutes, so closed it.

Excellent Product I purchased zinstall winwin to facilitate the transfer of 'everything' from an HP win11 laptop to an HP win11 laptop. I have done this in the past using backup and other utilities which usually took several days to accomplish. Due to prior experience with software advertising I was wary of zinstall's claims. I am pleased to say that their ad was spot on. This is an EXCELLENT product and well worth the money. The transfer was done over my home network, went without problems and was complete in a little over 4 hours. There were NO issues to take care of and everything was as it should be. Restarted the new laptop and went to work. Good Job ZINSTALL.

What is your time worth? What is your time worth... $10hr, $20, $30....etc? How many hours would it take you to load a new computer with all your files, programs, apps, SW, contacts, favorites and even screen setups.... 5 hours, 10 hours or lasting over into days? I too was weighting the cost/benefits of buying Zinstall versus lower cost alternatives, but I'm glad I bought Zinstall. It was simple, seamless and precisely thorough. It tirelessly (Zinstall, not me!) ran for 7 hours overnight without any interjection required by me. Surprise, surprise, in the morning I had a mirror image of my old laptop on a new laptop, ready to use... and I didnt break a sweat! That's called a positive ROI! David, Haddonfield NJ

Awesome Option for Computer Migration I was using Zinstall over Wi-Fi and the power went out due to high winds. The result was the new computer being an absolute mess. I sent Zinstall a message about this and then, because I am impatient, I tried another cheaper program and it didn't help at all. Zinstall responded back quickly, upgraded me free of charge to the external hard drive image process, and that worked beautifully!!! What an awesome company and product!

Ultimately failed Zinstall seemed fairly easy per sales pitch, but I wanted to leave some files out of the transfer due to space limitations, and I ran into problems. At first, the problems had to be due to not shutting down security options, so I wrote support. They agreed and kindly send me the upgraded version for free cause I’d tried to shut everything down. That ran into other problems. Now I’m trying one last time and it’s been looping on the “validating” step at 99% for several hours. I’ve been using and moving laptop data since the mid 1980s. Why does everyone keep creating more difficult programs under the guise of ‘improving’ them? Two stars was due to their nice Support, but after the initial problem, they just kept giving me the same solution which was irrelevant at that point. Programming keeps getting worse each decade. The biggest companies are some of the worst. At least back in the 80s we had manuals with the software that was written with programmers. Now they have “support” sites where the only help is from other customers. Considering how wealthy these companies are, you’d think they’d care more about customer service. They don’t.
