These people are an absolute horror These people are an absolute horror. I ordered a laptop from Micro Center. It was shipped directly to me from RefurBees. It wouldn't even boot. I sent it back. THEY SENT THE SAME MALFUNCTIONING LAPTOP TO ME!!!! I AM TWO WEEKS INTO AN ONLINE CLASS AND STILL DON'T HAVE A FUNCTIONING LAPTOP!!!!!!!

The laptop is everything as advertised… The laptop is everything as advertised and I'm very happy with it. My only issue is that after I rec'd the acknowledgment of my order and when the expected delivery time was that the delivery wasn't in that timeframe I was beginning to think I'd been scammed because I didn't have any communication from the company until it had been a couple of weeks then, I did recieve a call and after that the delivery was made. Trying to track online only led to companies trying to sell me their tracking services!

The Best Thing I Can Say Is That I'll Definitely Shop There Again! The best thing I can say is that they will be on the top of my shopping list the next time I need another refurbished computer. You specify they condition - [Grade A, B, or C] and the specs you want - [RAM, SSD/HDD] and put it together with the laptop or desktop you want, and select your product. And when my system developed a HDD fault, they took it back and returned it back to me in short order. Very pleased with their after sales support.
