I purchased a MiniAir 11!!! I purchased a MiniAir 11 11th Gen Intel Celeron - 8GB RAM+256GB SSD, almost a year ago. The small form factor appealed to me. It is the first Windows 11 and first SSD I have ever owned. I love the speed and the portability of this unit. It has exceeded my expectations!

I am not a computer geek I am not a computer geek! I bought two of the least expensive units and I increased the memory with external memory units which were immediately recognized and usable. I highly recommend these units for people like myself - Computer illiterates needing a functional stand alone computer with a small footprint.

Tremendous bang-for-the-buck Tremendous bang-for-the-buck! Great PC, superfast, loads of RAM, plenty of storage. I use it for photo editing. Handles the Adobe suite very well. Had a little issue with delivery, which was handles expidiously, courteously, and professionally by Annie in Customer Support. I've been using the machine for a little over a month and am very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend Geekom.

MiniIT13 replacing a giant aging server Bought the MiniIT13 to replace an aging Server. Going from a huge 100# case to the Mini was a HUGE improvement! Love everything about the Mini - only slight complaint is that it does spin up due to heat more than I expected. But, even at full fan speeds it is still quieter than the old server just idling!

The computer I have now is pretty… The computer I have now is pretty solid. However, the first one I received was DOA. The main problem is that their support is atrocious. They were super slow and would only respond once per day. After a couple of weeks of trying stupid things everyone knew wouldn't get the computer to boot, they finally agreed to replace it. However, they wouldn't pay for return shipping. Finally, over a month from when I paid for the thing, I received a functional unit. I won't buy directly from them again but I might consider getting one of their computers from a reputable reseller with a decent customer service center.
