Great case and customer service! My case is really cute and sturdy. I did have an issue in which it got all weird charging, but their customer service has truly been incredible. Based upon the reaction I got from them, I can tell my situation isn't the norm. They were friendly, accommodating, and quick with the solution. I'm really impressed.

Top notch customer service Top notch customer service, always replies quickly and even offered a replacement for what was essentially a courier company's mistake! Their cases are reasonably priced during promotions and are very sturdy - I use Bold cases and dropped my phone on concrete and tile floor before and the phone is still intact and going strong. I’m now fully converted to Casely and all my new cases are from them.
