Their cases are reasonably priced during promotions and are very sturdy - I use Bold cases and dropped my phone on concrete and tile floor before and the phone is still intact and going strong. Bad experience with the company Bad experience with the company, from the beginning my case was having issues with the side button and overheating my phone but it was final sale so I just dealt with it. Now the corner is chipping off and so I messaged them about warranty, which I was passed by like 5 weeks and they offered to do nothing but give me a coupon for another product- completely distasteful.

Great case and customer service! My case is really cute and sturdy. I did have an issue in which it got all weird charging, but their customer service has truly been incredible. Based upon the reaction I got from them, I can tell my situation isn't the norm. They were friendly, accommodating, and quick with the solution. I'm really impressed.
