They will auto-renew you for WAY more than you think Unbelievably bad customer service. Bought a one-year contract, had no idea that it was going to automatically renew. It automatically renewed for a LOT more money than I paid for the first year. I have gotten ALMOST ZERO leads, and even less good ones. When I asked for a PARTIAL refund, once I saw that this renewed for ALMOST $1,000, they replied that I missed my 14-day window and it was non-negotiable. I will be filing this review every single place I can find so that people don't fall for this company's terrible antics.

OptoutMonster of their "auto upgrades". Our account auto upgraded, whatever that means, despite the fact we hadn't used it for months and we were billed nearly $1,000. We didn't get any notification and by the time we noticed the charge on our statements were told it couldn't be cancelled as we are outside the 14 day windrow. The strict policy of not refunding after 14 days is quoted a lot in these reviews, the fact they need a strict policy suggests that lots of people are not happy!. So be careful what you sign up for.

Industry Leading Customer Support We very rarely need support, but when we do, it always exceeds expectations. We took advantage recently of a free legacy campaign migration. Not only did they perform the migration in under 24 hours, but they created a very in depth, helpful video showing what they did, how to self help in the future, and where to find the new campaigns. Amazing!

OptinMonster is awesome OptinMonster is awesome! We were having trouble growing our email list on our website and came across OptinMonster as a solution. We are so glad we did! We averaged 10 new sign-ups a month before OptinMonster. We are now getting over 150 sign-ups a month! We also use it to help people navigate to our application page and we are seeing tremendous results from those campaigns as well. They have an amazing customer service team, too! My only regret is that we didn't find them soon.
