Heavily recommended I heavily recommend these guys although they do not ship direct to NZ (so I had to use the NZ Post You Shop). Then again for around NZ$30 to replace a key (shipping/GST to NZ accounted for NZ$18 of that), it is way cheaper than a whole new keyboard. I only knock them down to 4 stars because there is no direct shipping option to NZ.

I have just received my replacement "P"… I have just received my replacement "P" key for my laptop and it fitted perfectly on my Dell G5 5590. I don't usually leave reviews but I am relieved after having a bad experience with another company. The delivery was also prompt (Although I had to use An Post Addresspal for Irish delivery) Great Job!!!

They never advertised the keys as being new, but they also didn't advertise them anywhere as being used (you need to deep dive into their FAQ). Anyone looking to buy new keys for a keyboard is expecting that they will be new, not used. The key works for now, but doesn't feel like it will last a long time as these are designed to be installed once, not taken out and put back into keyboards several times. Edit: Anyone can go and check their website and see that it's CLEARLY not advertised as used keys anywhere other than their FAQ, unlike their response to this post claims. I'm removing 1 star just because they mentioned that "it's clearly stated".

100% trustworthy, fast delivery, correct product Great company. I worked with another replacement keys similar business and got completely scammed. I was really hoping this website would be different and it was. I actually received the exact product I was shown and i chose. Dell XPS 'n' key I had to pull my n key off my keyboard about six months ago when i spilled a bit of water on the keyboard. I struggled going from store to store getting ridiculous quotas and don't even get me started on dell customer service. I ordered the part from quickfix and it fit right in i couldn't be more relieved.
