fast and legit :) got keys for a alienware laptop 4 days later it arrives in a cute little box and has saved me from buying a whole new keyboard just to fix a few keys they have great service. if your searching for fast replacement keys these guys are the place also a heads up theres another site called "Laptop Key Replacement" it has the same website as these guys but they have way worse reviews (all saying they dont deliver) i was about to order from them before i found these guys and these guys are cheaper and come faster

Would have given 5 stars only if... Legit company, they sent the right items in a week during the holidays. Satisfied with my purchase, but it came in a different color. I ordered the R key for my laptop and fits perfectly, the only minor issue I have is the hinges of the key were black when the original factory key hinges are white, and when the keyboard is lit, you can see the key not being lit. Not a deal breaker, and I am overall happy with my purchase.

Even with just standard shipping, received within 3 days. Their Youtube and PDF documentation provide directions on how to do it correctly as well. In the process of replacing one of my keys, I somehow broke the plastic rocker/mount. Upon reporting that to their Support, they put a replacement in the mail the same day. Very patient and helpful Support staff.

Perfect replacement key for my LG Gram 16" 2022/2023 You would think you can get a replacement key from the manufacturer, right? Not in the case of LG! For my LG Gram 16" 2022/2023 edition, I was redirected to a whole new keyboard, totalling at around 154€. All because I broke one key by accident... No way in hell I'm paying that! Knowing most things come from China these days, I went to AliExpress and decided to buy a spare key with a hinge there. Once I received it, it did not work and I ultimately broke the actual key in half, because I had been pressing on the key too hard in the hopes it'd click into place. I was close to ordering the spare keyboard when I found this shop. Honestly I didn't think they can help me - the Chinese didn't seem to be able to and they usually produce the stuff, right? WRONG again! Not only was the customer support amazing - they looked at the images and deduced which key and hinge I should buy, but the product arrived and was very easy to install as there are video and PDF guides provided! Sure, even with express shipping to Germany (from the US), it still took around two weeks instead of one, but I can't blame QuikFix Laptop Keys for that. Overall I am very happy and the key looks perfect, too. When you ask them about a replacement key, just make sure to provide a shot of the keyboard and close-up shots of the key and key hinge. Wish I could append some before and after photos, but unfortunately I can't find a way to upload them here.

Very Likely Got Scammed I purchased one key in early October and was super excited that I'd be able to fix my broken key for cheap. It has now been nearly a month since I placed this order, and I still have yet to receive this item. I contacted the support email twice and both times I got the same copy and pasted "just wait it out" email, despite the fact that I asked for a refund as I was no longer interested in this product. The website that I ordered my key from has also been displaying nothing but error messages since my order; I have no other way to contact this company. Never ever order from here; seems like nothing but a scam. I am still waiting for a refund, however according to package tracking, this item never left PA...
