When they do not feel like it they… When they do not feel like it they simply stop responding to your tickets. We asked them about the instagram integration they have listed on the homepage and they told us ‘we do not have any yet’ … but they actively advertise with it. But like mentioned, we are waiting 4+ weeks on a reply and they simply wont reply… kinda fraudulent
