No response to a month of emails… I've sent GoPeachy a number of emails about the non-existent tracking number they provided. It's been a month of me trying to get a response, and then an answer to my question - but they simply aren't responding. Very frustrating. I'm very close to making a report to Ebay. (Ratcatcher Criterion blu-ray)

Shipping mix-up resolved. I had a shipping mix-up that I took care of at expense. After contacting GoPeachy, the matter was resolved, with GoPeachy reimbursing my out-of-pocket shipping cost. How often does that happen? Great company, and thank you!

Great prices but please READ Gopeachy has wonderful prices and a large selection and I'm happy to give them a 5 star rating for that... however: 1. Every one of my three orders was incomplete- two were missing discs (one case was even empty), and one had the wrong case altogether. 2. They publish a telephone number but DO NOT answer. I've called morning, noon, afternoon for several days. 3. The ONLY method of communicating is email, and they are not quick with replies. I would take a chance with placing an order for $30 but because they are not easy to contact I'm not comfortable with more, or my orders will easily be in excess of $50, even more. I've contemplated placing another order for a couple months but still not completely comfortable with trust.

Good Addition to My Other Walk at Home Videos My dvd arrived a few days ago and I just used it yesterday. The dvd itself came in very good condition and was packaged securely. This Leslie Sansone Walk at Home dvd has five 1-mile walks, a cool down session and a segment where Leslie suggests breakfast ideas that are well balance. I went through each walk/segment and the dvd worked fine up until the 5th mile walk. I even tried to gently wipe the dvd with a soft cloth for any unsuspecting scratches or nicks which could affect that particular area on the dvd. Unfortunately it kept buffering and freezing at the same exact spot, so I’m unable to access the 5th mile walk, which is acceptable since the other segments work well. Also the cost of this dvd was very affordable for a used dvd, which I could not find anywhere else. Overall I am very pleased with the quality and affordability of this purchase.
