Worst customer service. IPs are cheap but worst customer service. Multiple issues with upgrades and server changes with things they don't allow us to do like with IPs edits. They don't read tickets or replies on tickets, mostly skim over them resulting in having to repeat multiple times. Messages to upper management who told be to reach out to them if we had another issue was also filtered and/ or ignored.

A Dozen+ Years and a Dozen+ Servers Can't Be Wrong I've been with Hivelocity for more than a decade. I've had several servers of my own, plus I've recommended to many clients, and none of us has ever had any issues. The sales team and support team have been consistently the best in the industry....and I've been in this industry for around 30 years! I don't know how to recommend them any higher, but I would if I could. Thanks Hivelocity for always delivering above and beyond expectations.

Having 7x24 access to "live" tech… Having 7x24 access to "live" tech support in the United States is worth it's weight in gold. When you factor in HiVelocity's very competitive pricing - they're hard if not impossible to beat. Because of really bad tech support with another firm, I've recently made the decision to use HiVelocity for ALL my dedicated server needs.

Eli from NY is a great resource We've been a colocation customer for about a year now. I wanted to come here to praise one specific employee. Eli from Hivelocity's NY dc is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. He genuinely cares about our experience, always wants to help us with problems, and provides excellent advice in all situations we have needed it. I don't usually write reviews but I had to come here to talk about him. He has made our Hivelocity experience great and I really appreciate him for it.

Maybe Customer Service Isn't Dead In a world where customer service is dead, Hivelocity really stands out. Their technicians are fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. They don't throw the ball back over the wall; instead, they work with you to find a resolution. I've been with Hivelocity for over a decade and couldn't be happier.
