GBmy computer was locked up my computer was locked up. pro care's number was listed. i called and a man named apu had me let them control my computer. he loaded some cheap programs on it and said if i was not happy, i would get my $200.00 back. now they don't answer the phone or respond to support chat requests from me. expensive lesson learned.
