Unhappy Customer
GBAwful Experience ID SuperShop refused to place our order because our shipping address did not match our billing address. We needed our name tag holders and lanyards to go to our trade show, not to our billing address. The customer service representative rudely refused to place our order. I have placed many orders with all types of vendors and have never had one of them refuse to place the order because the billing address and shipping address did not match. I went to another vendor ID SuperStore, they were happy to place my order and were actually cheaper than ID SuperShop. We will continue to place all of our orders through ID SuperStore.

GBExcellent service My order was processed in 24 hours with email confirmation that the order was received, approved and fulfilled. The fulfillment email included tracking information and a link to the UPS tracking site. Overall I was very happy with the ease and quick turnaround time of this website.
