GBComprehensive, Organized, User-friendly platform Our company has used several products before transitioning to TaskWorld including Trello, and Basecamp. I love that TW is easily organized by team member and you can simply drag and drop tasks. It also replaces hangouts and Skype for internal team discussions which is very convenient.

GBTaskWorld has been great for getting … TaskWorld has been great for getting our organization organized and allowing people access to the information they need. The only minor issue has been that notifications do not always come through or come through late.

GBRepeated Loss of Data Pretty much everything about Taskworld is great. Both task and project management are made easier. With that being said, my team has experienced at least 3 instances where entire cards have completely disappeared. No matter the benefit of the features, lost data simply cannot be tolerated. Unfortunately, Taskworld support was no help in resolving the issue at first (merely trying to explain the incident with made-up excuses), then neglected to reply to our e-mails at all when they realized we weren't buying it. Overall, we are very unhappy with our Taskworld experience.
