GBNo phone service; Poor support eSIMs won't load in common phones. There is no voice support, and e-mail support does not give complete, well-reasoned answers. I have not been able to use my phones since 4Freedom ported them in, a process that took too long. And now they think they have earned my money, claiming they don't have to refund anything for service that never worked. Responding to 4Freedom: Our phones *are* and were unlocked. I try to give support techs gentle responses with some wiggle room. I still say the responses that I got were polite but incomplete. It looked like they were under pressure to respond as quickly as possible to "close the ticket." And almost no one reads the entire "agreement" in detail. I took another's recommendation and trusted 4Freedom. It turns out 4Freedom is more interested in keeping my money in spite of utter inability to use their service. I consider this a very unfriendly company policy.
