GBIts a crock of crap Its a crock of crap! Support is a joke always Teflon coating the issue and making it a) your fault b) your place to correct it. It really is poor service, product and system. Avoid.

GBMy wife ordered a key from this company… My wife ordered a key from this company after getting a discount code from a youtuber. The code was pointless since keepkey.com recouped the cost through the trick of slapping on a ludicrous delivery charge of over £15. My wife overlooked this and proceeded with the order. They sent nothing. She has emailed numerously without response. Don’t make purchase from this company, they’re con artist.

GBReally bad Really bad. Doesn't work out of the box on Linux. I even attempted just for kicks on windows didn't work there either. I asked for my money back and they are giving me the run around. Asking me to repeat the troubleshooting steps that have been documented in the chat more than once. Telling me they can't give my money back if they send it back to them. They wanted me to troubleshoot it for them on Fedora no thanks man do your diligence before you release a product and give me my money back. They had a sale through Shapeshift I paid like 38 $ for it now they selling it at Walmart for 28$ you know why ? It's a scamming sucky product..stay away.

DEAlmost perfect hardware wallet All in all, almost perfect! KeepKey comes in a nice and shiny packaging (in accordance with the pricing). Set-up and initialization comes easy and done within 30 seconds. What I love is the seemless multi-currency support, incl. shapeshift (beta release yet). What I missed so far - More currency support (Monero) - the USB cable / connection could be more "fancy" than a standard micro-usb cable - a nice cover for the keepkey would bee handy as well

GBA bit confusing for a novice but I like the idea... I have yet to use my Keepkey, and maybe it's just my ignorance on crypto-currencies in general, but sort of feel like I'm shooting in the dark here. l'm sure the information to get started is somewhere, but it doesn't just reach out and slap you, obviously I need to do more digging. But the idea of having your "money" instead of letting someone else hold it is what I like.
