good quality and customer service Ordered on ZiCASE for the first time because the phone cases are cute and affordable. Unfortunately Hermes lost my parcel so I contacted them and they sent my order again with no additional cost or delay! The cases arrived safe and sound the second time and are absolutely beautiful in person!! Highly recommend 10/10 customer service :)

The best customer service The best customer service! Very polite and prompt in responding. Notified me and kept me updated on my order status, offered a replacement/alternative options for a case that was not available after shipment. Very trustworthy and the case quality is superb!

Poor communication. Told me product was on its way and I… Told me product was on its way and I could track it via the link provided. No such entity (wasn't USPS), so I had to contact PayPal to investigate. Long story short & much time later. Issue got resolved as an email came with a USPS tracking number. Ugh.
