It goes through the scanning process that takes a bit of time Then tells you it's time to renew the subscription. That's when the trouble starts. You pay and follow all the required steps, start over with another scan only to be told Again the system is time for renewal. It took me two days to go through tech support to get my program renewed, up and running. My husband is going through the exact same thing this very day on his computer.

Excellent software Excellent software. I have a hard time accessing hard drives or files which took a long time or forever. Tried Microsoft Help Community but without much success. Use Regcare to scan my computer, fix all the errors and then reboot. Everything works great and perfect. Wonderful!!!

Have had NO problems Have had NO problems in quite some time. In fact, ever since I enrolled last year. Congratulations to Regcure! I am a copyeditor and spend hours every day on the computer. Nice to be able to rely on a program to fulfill its function.

People who handle your rebate are incompetent People who handle your rebate are incompetent. They reject it saying to resubmit. I have no idea what was wrong with my submission - they don't tell you. I'm positive I sent everything they required. You need to look into this -- I'm positive I'm not their only victim.
