Marvin have been providing excellent after sales service. Despite me having so many question, Marvin manage to answer me patiently and provided a replacement immediately for defects found. Besides the backplate of our Mod NX, the overall case really protect our phones well.

iPhone 14 Pro Max - Clear Case Yondaime I bought the iPhone 14 Pro Max - Yondaime Clear Case and it arrived quickly in the mail. The case visually looks nice, fits snug, and the quality seems sturdy. However, after a day, I noticed very small cracks on the case. Perhaps, it was a defective item. After notifying customer service of the issue, Marvin quickly resolved it by sending me a new replacement free of charge without having to send my original one back. Hopefully, the quality of the replacement will be better, but I really appreciated how Marvin handled things.

Buttons keep falling off Ordered iPhone 15 solidsuit case, buttons keep falling off after installing them. Ordered an extra set of buttons and the same happened with that too. Reached out to customer support for refund and that I’m happy to ship back the case. Get an email back giving the instructions on how to install buttons (which is completely basic), and nothing on the refund at all. Not happy with the customer service.

highly recommend these cases collapsed into a seizure from a standing position, and my phone flew out of my pocket (loose bc gym shorts). it clattered to the floor and tumbled, but once i recovered enough to check, there wasn’t a bit of damage. i’m honestly glad i went w rhinoshield, their cases are high quality and definitely worth the money i forked over. customization is dope too
