IEResolved motherboard's short circuit on my laptop There was a repair done onto the motherboard of the Lenovo G700 I own. Having been repair and collected, in a reason frame of time, the laptop, now works in good capacity. I say :«"It, the laptop, is great as it was at his best.»" I have been welcomed, in both occasions, by the office director and unexpectedly also been given helpful tips and precisations to keep up my laptop at his best. They showed great resilience and contacting in the time being. I can only greatly appreciate their service. Thank you Computer Doctor.

GBMy laptop was very cranky My laptop was very cranky, I dropped it off at Computer Repair Dr, unfortunately shortly thereafter, the business closed down because of Covid issues.Their phone number had a very simple message that they were closed. My laptop was unavailable to me for close to 3 weeks. Not able to do P/T work etc. During this time I was not contacted by any one from the business. MMMM. I finely drove to their location to find out they were open, HUH? Another couple of days later finally my laptop was repaired. I would suggest that they implement a personal contact with their customers should an incident occur again. This is not local staff issues, but rather Management/Ownership.I would go to them again because of the staff.

GBIt took more than two weeks get my… It took more than two weeks get my phone screen and sim tray replaced. I had to return the phone because it was not receiving and calling out and the phone was not charging. When I finally came to pickup the phone the new screen was scratched by technician who did the final repair to fix the problems.

GBThe process is sound The process is sound, and eventually it got fixed. But took too long, and only when I called was I notified of a shipping issue holding it up. Upon receiving laptop back, bottom screws were all missing from the case, and a wire was closed in over the ethernet port making it un-usable. They offered a free fix, which is great, but it's still 30 minutes each way - which is time wasted had it been done properly. Again, overall process with notifications appears sound, the solution just wasn't quality.

GBIt was great to find a place where they… It was great to find a place where they could fix my MacBook after Apple suggested there was nothing to do but buy a new computer. They have great customer service and accurate information on the status of your repair. The only thing was that the keyboard was left seemingly un cleaned. There are a few letters that are not working properly when typing. Overall, I’m very thankful.
