They don't mention that they don't help… They don't mention that they don't help you with anything, so I just ended up wasting my money because I didn't know how to set it up.

Bad support and several issues There are several outages and their support team is very inactive, response times are so slow and they have a lot of technical issues that makes you to move on to another web hosting.

Great host I originally had a few issues but their support was able to fix them and I have had no issues since and I really like how affordable their plans are.

Slow Response Time Made a ticket on 09/27/21 yet on 10/01/21 still no response regarding Web Hosting Plan SSL. Wish response time was quicker..
