Don't buy if you're in the US. Customs seized my card, and MCC doesn't do refunds.

SCAM - bait and switch ***SCAM*** They are cheaters and liars. After telling me they would replace a defective unit for free, I sent it back to them only to have them tell me I would have to pay for the replacement. They flat out lied. Bait and switch. Stay away from Modchipcentral.com.

Horrible service and slow! I should have listened to others. No idea where order is but it has been almost 2 weeks. There site says "RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO THE USA FROM HERE!". It's passed this and still no product.

First it started with hidden "international fees" of 5$ on top of my invoice, then they advertise shipping to the US in 3-5 days for 8$ only to have major problems with customs for their only shipping provider (USPS) which had my package for a month. They wouldn't do a investigation on my tracking number to check if it was lost, stolen, or seized either. Finally, they don't offer refunds or returns when there is problems so you basically lose your money when they mess up custom forms or something happens (lost, stolen, seized). Anyone should avoid them at all costs! Don't do business with them, you will regret it.

BAD They send out their stuff without testing it when they know that the failiure rate is high before even opening the box They do not follow up on their Rma's and you cant reach them easily
