Very clear instructions on how to get… Very clear instructions on how to get the PC running. The PC looked solid and after getting it running, all works as expected. I really liked that they validated the PC before sending it and the website also validated that the components fit together. I noticed that the package was a bit damaged when it arrived. I guess during transportation a few wires got dislodged. I had to open the PC and put them back again, but after doing that, the PC worked as intended.

The laptop I ordered are excellent The laptop I ordered are excellent, being able to configure the specification, allowed us to get laptops that suited our business needs at a reasonable price. Having the option to order 2 power adapters with each laptop is great for enabling hybrid home/office working, staff don't need to worry about forgetting their power adapters. There was a longer that notmal lead time, but we were kept informed of progress at each stage, and were advised to expect longer lead times when we placed the order. Delivery arrived on time, we had an email the day before to advise they had been dispatched. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Not a very quick service a month for a… Not a very quick service a month for a fairly standard desktop PC. 4 stars is for the build quality, should be 3.5 stars really. Great value.

A good price and build was neat A good price and build was neat. Packaging was good. My main criticism is the delay of build. If they were honest in the documentation, I wouldn't have any complaints. However, they are vastly different once the order has been placed.
