Message saying my Trial period is over? I have used, then bought Video Pad Editor, absolutely enjoy how intuitive it is... however, when I bought the pro version I was under the assumption it was a one-time buy, and now I keep getting splash screens that say my trial period is over, please purchase... What is going on here? I don't want to re-buy the same product over and over... ???

No customer service I bought 3 lots of software from nch-as the company had such good reviews (Prism Video Converter Home Edition: 8270220000831, Pixillion Image Format Converter Premium Edition: 8270220010831 and Switch Audio File Converter Plus - Commercial License: 8270220020831) but none of them work on my pc. I have tried to contact NCH but ive had no answer from them- aside from a default email to say they have emails. I spent over £60 pounds (£60.68) on software that doesnt work and cant get a response from the company. Does anyone have another way to contact them?

Very useful for the novice! I am still in learning curve mode. I have made some controls customizations, and output settings to fit my needs. I am pleased that the software is easy to learn, and implement. I am using it to take "video notes" for my financial education. Overall I am VERY PLEASED with experience!! As you know we don't have time to waste, and this software lets me jump right in!!

Audition without Subscription The product is everything you could want. Similar to Audition, but no subscription. F*** Adobe. I'm a WavePad man, now.

Great sound editor! I'm no power user of sound editing software, but WavePad is hands-down the easiest, most intuitive sound editor I've ever used. Simple interface, great wizards, lots of options. Highly recommended. (And no, I'm not paid by NCH in any way.)
