Professional behavior. Even though my order was lost by shipment company's fault, they offered to send me a new one without any complain or even refund me, whichever would please me. I'm more than satisfied by their commercial police and their polite manners. Absolute professionals.

Prompt, effective customer service. Received the wrong model initially. They promptly dealt with the issue and sent me the correct model in black as the blue I ordered wasn't available. I think the original order came from HK through the post, but the replacement was sent from a Canadian Amazon warehouse.

Product has an awesome price compared… Product has an awesome price compared to some of the competitors but I hoped the outer rubber layer would have been a little tighter fitting it keeps coming off of the inner case, and I am petrified he will be carrying it and our 1500 device will fall to the floor. Maybe in future models work on that.

I had ordered 2 cases for what I… I had ordered 2 cases for what I thought was for an apple IPad mini 4, what failed to realize that I had not mentioned it was for an IPad mini 4, so they sent me cases for an IPad 4. So when I received them of course they didn’t fit, so I returned them for a refund which they did refund my money as soon as they received them. I would recommend Tablet2Cases to anyone looking for a portfolio that is very compatible with almost anyone’s taste.
