Good but got a problem Hiya, I love the keyboard that i have purchased from you but i have one problem. The problem is when i connect my bluetooth cooper executive keyboard to my tablet after not using it for about 30 seconds or so my keyboard randomly disconnects from bluetooth. Have you got any solutions to this ?

I tried to order a Cooper Desk Pro and… I tried to order a Cooper Desk Pro and was given a shipping cost on the website, then I was told it was significantly higher by customer support. No where on the website said that the warehouse in Canada did not have stock at this time and that shipping from Hong Kong would be astronomical. I had to cancel my order.

fantastic company Ordered the Cooper Rose Gold back lit keyboard case for my Kindle Fire HD! The one I received had a minor defect (Two C keys instead of X and C - nothing serious at all!) But customer service got back to me in hours even on a holiday weekend and sent a replacement express shipping. Got it 5 days later. I love it. Sleek and protects my kindle and the keys make it perfect for late night writing sessions.

Prompt, effective customer service. Received the wrong model initially. They promptly dealt with the issue and sent me the correct model in black as the blue I ordered wasn't available. I think the original order came from HK through the post, but the replacement was sent from a Canadian Amazon warehouse.
