AUFrustrating customer service. Purchased another case elsewhere. I received a phone case which cannot close properly once a bank card is in each slot. I sent photos to Astra’s customer service and they responded a week later with, ‘have you tried taking the card out and putting it back in again?’ I said ‘yes’. Then they asked me for a video of me putting the card in and closing the phone case, which I sent them. A week later they responded to my video saying, ‘have you pushed the card all the way in?’ I bought another case from another company. I’ve received no resolution or refund for my faulty product.

GBBeen waiting weeks I ordered a case 14 days ago and when I track it I still see awaiting carrier pickup. It's ridiculous. I've contacted them twice and they are trying to blame the shipping service USPS, however I get plenty of other items in less time. I don't know if I'll get my product and I'm ANNOYED!

CABest case I've ever bought. Best case I've ever bought. Definitely feels military grade. These engineers succeeded where the Apple engineers failed!!!
