Vision Express at Tesco in At St… Vision Express at Tesco in At St Leonards on Sea have been marvellous again. I had an eye test 2 years ago and my prescription was hardly different, so I was advised I did not need to buy new glasses. This time the young lady who served me, Jodie, was attentive and thorough, and her advice saved me from spending unnecessarily. A very honest and good experience. I would not go anywhere else for my glasses.

Amazing Customer service Maddy B!! (Frenchgate Doncaster) Amazing Customer service Maddy B!! Myself and my husband attended the Frenchgate store on Saturday the 11th January for eye tests. The service, atmosphere and general feel of the store was really pleasant. What made the experience even better was the assistance of Maddy B (shift 5097) Maddy was informative, helpful with a lovely personality to suit. Nothing was too much effort and we both felt comfortable and unrushed throughout the whole time we were there. Neither of us can wait for our new glasses and contact lenses to arrive and we would both highly recommend the Frenchgate store.

Excellent Service -Thank You! I went to Vision Express in the Oracle to choose my perscription glasses, service was excellent and the lady that assisted me in choosing the right frame was amazing and very helpful. I ended up forgetting my other perscription glasses and rang into the store who posted them out and I received them the following day! Life savers thank you again for your exceptional service!!

Ordered raybans on 12th June Ordered raybans on 12th June, informed would be ready 7 to 10 days.collected on 20th June, they had 20% discount on fathers day would have saved £50 told today only av on line, no way to check. Asked me would I like a bag yes please, told no bags av

Beware Beware. We have had them for several years and in the last year or two the service has declined to a point that we are going to switch EHR systems. They were bought out by Eyecare leaders and once that happened, the customer service is terrible. They tell you they will do something and never follow through. They rarely return your calls and have a terrible bed side manner. When it was just owned by My Vision Express, it was great, but now is a different story. DO NOT USE THEM.
