DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT BUY. OUTDATED. TERRIBLE COMPANY. They are shipping phones with old security Android 11 updates from 2022. They have no security updates available. NOW ANDROID 11 IS COMPLETELY DISCONTINUED and Unihertz is still selling these deprecated, not-fit-for purpose phones. They send misleading and threatening information "chargebacks will damage your credit report" and "harm your bank account".

Still no sign of my phone My husband and I bought the jelly 2 from the website on August 23. - well over five weeks ago. We received a package one week later. However, in stead of the phone they had sent us a spare battery for the jelly 1. An honest mistake I'm sure. So we wrote Unihertz and explained the problem. We sent photos as instructed. They'd look into it, they said. And then we waited. Guess what. We are still waiting. We wrote them twice since the first exchange. They are apparently still ''investigating'' and they haven't shipped the phone. Yes, the one we payed for 5 weeks ago. And now they're not even answering our request for an update on the case. It is unacceptable. I'm very frustrated and displeased with this whole affair. I need a new phone, that's why we bought it. The customer service is poor. We never got a tracking number with our initial order and now they don't reply to our emails. I'm starting to fear we've been scammed. Please prove me wrong, Unihertz!

Bad products and bad clients service I bought several phone for years at Unihertz, because I try to avoid buying Apple or Samsung. Unihertz's products arevery bad, they always break or dysfunction after a couple of months, and their clients service is very very bad and rude. To avoid!

Paid ATOM XL not delivered at all!!!! I've ordered an ATOM XL phone through the unihertz website. An empty parcel has been delivered through Amazon Logistics in UK. I've contacted the customer service but they are not helpful, they are simply telling me to contact Amazon logistics but they have zero information about this and clearly the seller should be taking care of these issues. I can see this happened to others here trustpilot, what a shame really.

Great tech company Ordered the new Luna phone as a birthday present, the company said it would shop in April, and it did! Great phone, great service. Would buy from Unihertz again without hesitation.
