Oxio sucks Oxio sucks. I spend more time trying to troubleshoot my own issues bc they have no techs. I have service maybe 40% of the time.

I’ve had Oxio for over 1 year I’ve had Oxio for over 1 year, they run on Rogers lines, just cheaper and with almost no customer service to save costs. No live phone number and slow, unhelpful when emailing or texting. Kind of backwards, go with Ebox.

Best and cheapest internet company in Alberta I have been with Oxio for almost two years to date. Excellent and stable internet plans. I am on 75 Mbps for only 49$ / mo. Equipment is already included for free (no rental crap, and you only need to buy an optical cable --> 5$). Internet is stable, fast, and easily configurable by an app on your mobile phone. Buffering issues at 6-8 pm I was having trouble with internet providers. I had an ongoing issue with buffering problems at peak times i.e.6-8 pm. I used Rogers,.Cogeco, Distributed, Teck Savy and all same problem. The price kept going up, the issue persisted.
