Still love Kroger I've loved Kroger for many years now and was so Happy to see that they now offer some really great prices on Wireless Services and their customer service is beyond compare!

Awful !! Awful !!! Don't use this service. The website sucks, & the customer service isn't open 24hrs. They want ALL your info, verified. IF you can get them on the phone, it takes forever to do ANYTHING. Trust me, the worst service for a burner phone ever. CANT even reload time with #611 quickly. PAIN in the ass service provider. Very invasive!!!

Phone reset fix I wish I didn't have to reset my new phone so much for a number of reasons. The plans are cheap though. Extra Kroger points for buying their plans and a discount for monthly auto renewal.

Terrible Terrible. Customer service is pretty bad. I’ve had to call multiple times for one issue and after staying on hold for over 40 minutes they disconnect the call. They do this repeatedly - almost as if they have some sort of internal timeliness standard and once it passes a certain point they’d rather drop the call than answer. Very frustrating. The website is also pretty sub par. There are lots of other cheap wireless services that are much better. Verizon price matches. Do your research and save yourself the headache of dealing with a 3rd party cell provider that hides behind the Kroger name.
