Fast and helpful Amy was very informative and helpful. Switched to Telefast a year ago and every time I have been in touch for any query - they are always happy to help and fix asap so glad I switched as was sick of being stuck on hold with my previous providerr. Will be bringing my familys numbers over as soon as their contracts end

Great service and fixed my problems!!! The team here were able to resolve issues I have experienced with my broadband and phone services that i have been having with another provider for over 12 months. Once I transferred my services to them I was able to leave it into their support teams capable hands. Following 2 visits from Openreach engineers our disconnection problems have been fixed within 1 week more than my previous provider could do over a periof of 8 months!!
