DKHAVE FUN trying to get help from Trello/ATLASSIAN. I had a very simple question regarding a Web Clipper, I tried to find a solution on the Internet, at Trello Trello/ATLASSIAN and on Trello official Fasebook with no result. At Trello help I just didn't get any answer. On their Facebook my post got deleted and on the user group I was told that it wasn´t Trello who had the problem and was refered to a Google Extension developer. I also tried Trello Users with no luck. I have been waiting 3 days for an answer but still haven't got a solution to my question. All I wanted to know was if Trello/ATLASSIAN was able to refere me to a Web Clipper that was useable on Trello/ATLASSIAN or if I had to use Trello without a Web Clipper. My luck was that I experienced this before I really got started using Trello, now I´ll try an alternative to Trello instead despite the fact that it looks like a promising tool.

GBNot flexible enough for small businesses. The software was a game-changer when it was first released in 2011. However since then it's continued to get more expensive for features that aren't really that useful. Additionally as many of these SaaS platforms grow, the customer service becomes less personal and flexible in looking after a business' needs - particularly a small business. We simply wanted to switch to a monthly plan from an annual plan as we had reduced the number of members which we have done successfully with our applications previously. There was no budging on this and so we're paying hundreds of dollars for a plan we don't need. I'd be very careful committing to an annual plan as they don't make it clear that you're unable to remove members mid way through your subscription. Additionally there are a number of other platforms that offer the same solution as Trello and many other features such as note taking, document storage, task management etc. at a much more affordable price. For this reason and the inflexibility we won't be continuing our subscription when it expires.

GBI've used Trello for almost a decade… I've used Trello for almost a decade now. It just works. I got concerned when Atlassian bought it but luckily they left its simplicity intact. It can't do everything a robust PM tool can but I find that the most essential features that I use the most are already available in Trello.

GBExcellent management program I like… Excellent management program I like very much. U have been using it for the last few years and as a manager its the main program i work with, and also use it to plan my personal life. It when everything is in cards and lists it helps see the more order in things.

IDI've got nothing but love for Trello I've got nothing but love for Trello! It's an awesome project manage tool that we use every day. the only thing I'd say is that I think the deadline setting and shared roles features should be part of the free offering. But all-in-all, I love Trello!
