Disappointment I used Trello for a long time and overall I liked this tool. One day they sent me a letter that company was closing its business in country and my personal free account would be blocked. If you once find yourself in any country where Trello has decided to stop doing business, your account will also be blocked. My mistake was to think that Trello cares about its users and they don’t care.

Not flexible enough for small businesses. The software was a game-changer when it was first released in 2011. However since then it's continued to get more expensive for features that aren't really that useful. Additionally as many of these SaaS platforms grow, the customer service becomes less personal and flexible in looking after a business' needs - particularly a small business. We simply wanted to switch to a monthly plan from an annual plan as we had reduced the number of members which we have done successfully with our applications previously. There was no budging on this and so we're paying hundreds of dollars for a plan we don't need. I'd be very careful committing to an annual plan as they don't make it clear that you're unable to remove members mid way through your subscription. Additionally there are a number of other platforms that offer the same solution as Trello and many other features such as note taking, document storage, task management etc. at a much more affordable price. For this reason and the inflexibility we won't be continuing our subscription when it expires.

An essential tool to stay productive. Trello helps me stay organised. The list of team members is easy to reach and assign tasks. Updates are received with a notification styles of choice. It allows uploading files like photos and documents. Activities are grouped according to stages of completion or any other style according to nature of activity. But the speed is somewhat slow on android phones. And it also freezes sometimes for no reason on Android.

Nice tool for planning and organizing I've started to use Trello quite a while, it's a great tool to organize life processes and keep the mess out of my head. The only drawback of this platform that I have noticed is that the calendar is available only for premium version users. And I can't use my own images on the desk unless I've paid.

Excellent management program I like… Excellent management program I like very much. U have been using it for the last few years and as a manager its the main program i work with, and also use it to plan my personal life. It when everything is in cards and lists it helps see the more order in things.
