I ordered the wallet case and was sent…wrong case I ordered the wallet case and was sent the hard iPhone case. I don’t care for it at all

I absolutely love all my cases!! I absolutely love all my cases!!! They’re different from anyone’s and show my personality! They come quickly and never ever disappoint me! I’ll never buy cases from anyone else! They even turned a slim case into a tough case for me and I had it within a week! Thank You and you can’t go wrong with this awesome company! Terrible customer service Ordered a case for my galaxy s10 and the mechanism to slide the phone out for a picture was broken. I contacted customer support and they have a policy of refunding you 70 percent of your purchase and having you ship it out at another loss out of pocket. The representative for customer service support also was very inefficient, and discerning. Would not recommend to anyone nor would I be purchasing anything else in the future. As far as the product quality. It's a 3 and half stars. The image is a tad bit distorted and definitely not as pictured on thier website.
